Hello and Welcome to my
Product Management Portfolio
Official Picture from my Product Manager position in AIESEC in Egypt.
I am a certified professional with five years of experience on Product Management in Software Development and HR SaaS Startups.
I want to show you in this page a bit of my skills and
how I can contribute to your company through:
1
Product Management
Developing and executing a Product Roadmap?
Managing Product launches?
Continuously improving the Product?
You've found the right person!
Let me start by presenting my favorite product management tool: Jira!
I am skilled on Jira and Confluence. My developing teams love my User Stories. And my stakeholders love my roadmaps (more on this below!).
I excel on managing Product and Sprint Backlogs, and I'm eager on managing different products and priorities at the same time.
2
Software Development Management
I am versed on frontend and backend development logics.
I can deal with multiple software development stakeholders.
More over, I have worked in Amazon Web Services - if you need someone who understands how to go through S3, EC2 instances, Cloudfront, CloudWatch.. you've just found one!
My tech knowledge makes it easier to relate to developers and understanding feasibilities in between coding and design teams.
It is a common practice for me to join tech meetings to support tech teams on the business vision.

Agile Methodologies
Plannings, Dailies, Reviews and Retrospectives are ceremonies I love to lead.
All user stories must be measured.
I usually use planning poker for it.
Every daily I get our sprint burndown chart to check on our progress.
Reviews and Retrospectives are my favorite. I always like to bring a theme to them.
4
Release Management
I have managed the releases of multiple products in different platforms such as:
Mobile Development - Apple Connect Store, Google Play Console, Huawei Store, Amazon Store and Samsung Store - All applications with Native In App Purchases Integrations from each store.
Also, I manage the release versions of Web Applications and Server Applications.
Managing releases is extremely important for keeping track of deliveries and for maintaining clear rollback plans.
Example of how I manage releases through different distribution channels and products.

5
Product KPIs Management
You can’t control what you can’t measure. Therefore it is extremely important for me to trace lead and lag measures for the product I am managing.

Project & Roadmap Management
As a Product Manager, you got to have a clear timeline with the upcoming challenges and involved stakeholders. This timeline was built separating responsibilities in between the team and stakeholders.
7
Team Engagement & Management
You won’t go far alone.
I always put efforts on managing my teams, delivering frequent feedback and building personal development plans with them.
I have already managed direct and indirectly more than 200 people in a semester, with a variety of roles: sales B2C and B2B, CX, developers, QAs and designers.
8
Product Design
I excel on the five Design Thinking processes.

UX is the beginning, the middle and (could also be) the end of a Product.
